The Windsor Pointe Homeowners Association is committed to keeping our residents informed about what's happening in our subdivision and in Sugar Grove. The purpose of the Association is to handle matters that maintain the quality of the community common areas and the value of our neighborhood. The covenants and bylaws, written by the builder and approved by the Village, offer a guideline that all owners agreed to honor upon the purchase of their home in Windsor Pointe. The Community Association has a responsibility to ensure that covenants and bylaws are observed, thus providing a pleasant environment for everyone in Windsor Pointe.

Homeowners Association Board Meetings:
HOA meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Sugar Grove Library. All residents are encouraged to attend.
The Association's Annual Meeting and election is held the second Wedneday in March. All residents should attend the Annual Meeting, as a quorum is required for elections.
